This is a PVC water tank ideal for experiments, prototype production, and precious metal plating.
When used together, a portable simple plating line can be configured instantly. It includes a 10L tank, bus bar, hanging fixture, air pump, air pipe, anode, and lead wires. ● Tank internal dimensions: 240(L) × 220(W) × 280(H) mm ● Heat resistance temperature: 65℃
Overflow-type plating tank
This is an overflow tank with the same structure as a silicon wafer tank (only the air agitation function is detachable). It is used while continuously filtering. The liquid level can be maintained at a constant height, making it suitable for precise plating where current distribution is critical. The standard product is made of acrylic, but we can also create tanks made of PP or heat-resistant PVC.
It is a stainless steel double-structured tank for electroless nickel plating.
Due to its double structure, it excels in heat retention and can accommodate high-temperature experiments up to 95°C. Standard plating tanks are available in sizes of 2L, 10L, and 20L.
